What can we call balanced face?
If the face is horizontally divided
into three parts
getting four points on hairline,
eyebrow, the tip of the nose, and the end of the chin,
each length of three parts is same or similar on

when lower teeth are abnormally far behind than upper teeth,

growth of under jaw including teeth were declined.
People with this symptom couldn’t
close their mouth well in their childhood
because of relatively big tongue
which could occur dyspnea, but just few cases exist.
There will be a need of orthodontics
and surgery which pulls whole under
jaw forward including teeth.
People do genioplasty
when with good set of teeth having
small tip of the chin.
It cuts the tip of the chin, move it
forward, and fixate stably using equipment.
It improves the line from chin to
neck,
and gives much change by replacement.
Implant is another way to improve
short chin,
and the most widely used one is
silicon.
